It always rains in Seattle.

We landed in town two days before Christmas and expected rain and cold. Trying to pack from the frozen Midwest, it is tough to figure out what to bring and what to leave at home. When we crossed the cascades, the clouds parted and the sun was out in full force. We landed to a beautiful mid 50 degree day with sunshine welcoming us. We had some time to kill before heading north to catch our ferry, so we were able to check out the downtown area for a few hours. Here are 5 photos from our time.
